It's been fairly violent since it started.
Ok, thn here's what I'm going to say. It's necessary to stop violent protests. Peaceful is always the way to go. However, a concussion grenade is way too far. Despite what some people seem to think, those little bastards are built to minimize freindly casualties. It's a bomb. Of course it'll kill someone, the lack of fragmentation material only reduces the radius.
However, on that note, I did see an article I'll put in a spoiler that may or may not be accurate claiming it was more in line with an IED, just to have the thought out there. I'm not claiming it's right.

Apparently there are reports coming in that it was a flashbang that was thrown not concussion

You'll have better luck on GunBroker, surplus police grenades end up on there from time to time.Thermodolia wrote:Well original reports said that a propane tank exploded so I'm not so sure. I can't find anything that says a concussion l grenade was used except for the OP
I feel like if it was a propane tank there would have been more injuries. The IED thing is starting to seem more likely imo.

No, I won't.
Begay said there were "peaceful bonfires" around which protesters were gathering to keep warm. The coalition alleged that other fires were grass fires ignited by flares shot by law enforcement.
"They don't need to be meeting us with Mace and rubber bullets when we are nonviolent. There is no form of aggression or violence," she said.
