Will you two stop trying to get us into a global war? An idiot has been elected president. We will survive, provided people don't flip the fuck out and get all the mutual protection pacts and so forth nullified so that aggressive nations feel free to expand their territory and start a global conflict.

The country is a worldwide embarrassment. We could correct it with the electoral college but they are way to partisan to ever do it.

It'd 1938 all over again. Or 1914 for that matter.

You never see any other side of things. Only your side.
So destroying the environment and polluting the air and water doesnt matter to you? Lets just wreck this planet. We have another. And people going bankrupt from medical bills is perfectly ok to you?

Trump is smarter than you or me when it comes to politics. That is why he is president and we will never be. Yes it is hard to admit, but true. If we were so smart, and he so stupid we would be in important positions and he would not be. Fact is he is better at this politics thing than we are.

However, you CAN NOT undermine the results of a fair election just because you disagree with the methods involved. The country is already divided enough by the events of the past months, and switching the outcome of the presidential election will only serve to strengthen that divide. As much as I'd love to not have Trump in office (Not that I'd necessarily want Hillary there either,) the best course of action I believe this country could take is the smooth, uneventful transition of power.

No, I don't, I believe that we need a strong military, which we have. But we are light-years ahead of our nearest competitors in terms of military spending and many of them are our allies, so we do with some minor budget cuts in that department.
We also don't need to spend billions of dollars on an experimental fighter jet that doesn't work, on of the very few things I agree with Trump about.

The trouble is knowing what will work and what won't work. Obviously if the military knew ahead of time that a project would flop, they wouldn't have started it. But progress is never made without a few dropped eggs.
Besides, we'll need the military surplus when the aliens attack. America saves the day!

If the rest of the world does not like the president, then yes, fuck what they think. But no one is going to do anything about it.
