I think if the CIA was building a serious case, they wouldn't have gone public on it prior to the hearings. I also think the FBI was instrumental in Trump's victory, and knew full well that Clinton wasn't going to be convicted of anything.

He's already started. As I read recently--it may even have been here--draining a swamp involves removing all of the water, meaning that only the muck, the gunk, and the dangerous animals stay behind.

The proof goes all the way back to June, before public even knew about it. It has only been further substantiated since then.

I think the interesting part is how they are claiming that the RNC was hacked also, something that Information Security experts and others have been speculating about all along, but there was no Wikileaks dump on them. Which begs the question, why not?
