Pretty much but I doubt that congress will let him do that.

Keep in mind, if Trump gets to replace Ginsburg the court will take a hard right instead of being slightly right with a swinging Kennedy.

^This basically.
To expand, most of the things in that doc won't pass the Republican congress. They're too invested in illegal immigration to do anything except revert to the Bush years when everyone was under the table.

Not in my mind. Dunham needs to be forcibly removed from the democrat party. She's a sick woman who openly admitted to molesting and sexually assaulting her sister. I hate her guts.

I don't think they watched the same election I did if they think that's going to work.

I find this hilarious, really. Republicans already turning on their own President-elect.Lady Scylla wrote:Yes, but do they have the support? A lot of Ryans faction abandobed their protest and fell in line.
I get the feeling that within congressional Republicans, Trump doesn't have that much support and (as someone from the outside looking in), I can imagine that now they have someone in the executive, they'll push throw repeals of Obamacare and perhaps tougher vetting of migrants and refugees. But that's it. Anything else and it's basically fighting with SCOTUS, which the Republicans don't want to do because it's a waste of time.
They won't directly outlaw abortions at a federal level because that's a step too far even for them, so they'll pass a series of laws that gives state governments more rights to control abortion laws, thus enabling more conservative states to implement greater restrictions.
