That only should be grounds for audit. I dont know why Obama isn't calling for it. I would.

Actually, now it's 1.5 mil. Yep, we need an audit on this.

He's not calling one because of the civil unrest that would be caused by the angry Trump supporters calling the action undemocratic. He should call one, but it's not going to happen.

Oh, there are multiple ways: hacking, blocking voters, etc...

Considering Russia's admitted connection to Trump during the campaign, and the multiple illegal activities Trump has played a part in in the past (Charity fraud, racketeering, etc...) I wouldn't be surprised if he played a part in election fraud.

Trump has sworn to get rid of the work Obama has done over the past 8 years, honestly, calling an audit would be the most logical option.

This is not how 'audits', IE recounts or elections, particulary in the US, work.

Jesus fuckballs, people. There was a REASON Al Gore contested the count in 2000. It wasn't because he won the popular vote. It's because Florida was close and had some wonky-ass balloting procedures. This is not the case with Pennsylvania, Michigan AND Wisconsin all going red, two of them by margins large enough that popular vote margins recounts usually get tossed into (.5% or less) don't apply. Having a bunch of folks voting Hill in NYC and LA doesn't magically transport them into WI or PA.

I didn't say it did but when every poll is off and exit polls have such a big discrepancy something points to fraud.

The politician wants more for himself at everyone else's expense. What would Obama stand to gain with an audit? He's out regardless.

Actually, something points to polls being ill-suited to the climate of this election year.
You know. Like every news station has been reporting on extensively since the election. You do know what a margin of error is, right? Because the results we got are WELL within the margin of error of those polls.
People just didn't think it'd happen because the polls didn't actually reflect reality. A challenge every election cycle (as seen in 2012 when Romney consistently thought he was polling magically well and Nate 'Not so much of a prophet anymore' Silver was one of the few singing a different tune).

How would those policies remaining in place help him? As has already been pointed out, he's leaving office in two months no matter what. As for helping the party, again, he's leaving in two months. Why should he care about that when he's already got his?

To make sure his party still has power, duh.

Why do you think Clinton and Bush support and help candidates during election season, or council other Presidents? Just because they're not the activing President anymore doesn't mean they don't want to help their party or government.

Everyone predicting Hillary was in the lead to me just seems like an extension of ignoring Trump the whole election. Only paying as much attention as absolutely necessary. Look how that turned out.

I really fail to understand why he isn't doing it.

Because he understands how polls work, and how results can fall outside of the expectations those polls establish.

Basically, the same reason people think Brexit actually happened instead of attempting to substitute their own reality onto the business because it better suits their partisan feelings.

Umm not by a margin like they did this year. We haven't had a polling miss like this since 1948. The polls in Brexit where within the margin of error.

Hillary lead Sanders in Michigan by 21% in the primaries.

Sanders won by 1.5%

Sanders rigged it, right?
