What are you using for electoral vote counts? I'm using AP but I think they might be a little slow.

CBC news network.

Same one I used for Canada's election

Probably because the majority of the utterly massive metropolitan sprawl that is the state of New Jersey hasn't sent in their votes yet. The more rural areas, however, have.

I would now like Trump to win.

Looks like Virginia's weirdness is due to high rural turnouts. Some weird stuff going on in the cities, some getting significantly higher turnouts, others significantly lower.

CBC has called 68-66 for Clinton, although basically all of hers are states that are nowhere near done but usually go Democrat.

Using NYT, so they are counting votes on individual counties as they are relayed to make their prediction.

Probably. Stein also has a lot there.

Honestly, I think it might be that Maine is just a big 3rd party state.

There is an out of control trolley speeding towards Jeremy Bentham, who is tied to the track. You can pull the lever to cause the trolley to switch tracks, but on the other track is Immanuel Kant. Bentham is clutching the only copy in the universe of The Critique of Pure Reason. Kant is clutching the only copy in the universe of The Principles of Moral Legislation. Both men are shouting at you that they have recently started to reconsider their ethical stances.

Bolded mine. Is it normal to use "Democratic" as a demonym for the Democrat party? It feels like a typo to me, since I've always just used "Democrat" as the demonym.

Democratic is the technical adjective. Democrat is the demonym.

It does kind of imply that Iowa was only liberated from a despotic space emperor in 1988.

in other news - the 8-person county I was referring to earlier was Dixville Notch.
