That's why you get tattoos and scars, perhaps a holster and a big hat to go with it.

Take it from the Italians, being short doesn't mean you are unimposing. Benito Mussolini was 5'7" and look at what he did.

Shaving is a pain in the dick. If they came up with some way to get rid of facial hair so you wouldn't have to deal with that shit, they'd be a rich person. I've experimented with a beard once. My face just doesn't look right with one.

I am afraid you get a goatee, I'll have to shoot you. Its nothing personal. I'm just putting you out of your misery.

Laser hair removal and electrolysis hair removal can remove hair and keep it gone in the long-term. There are also chemical depilatories which can removal hair temporarily without shaving.

We will have to agree to disagree. I'd rather not be recognized as a potential threat and be treated as a normal person.

To someone, somewhere, you'll be analyzed as a potential threat. Avoiding this is inherently impossible, as even to the state you can be seen as a threat.

Recognized and analyzed are two separate things. I was referring to one conducts themselves in the general public such as going to the store, the barber etc. The state is another matter entirely.

Laser and electrolysis hair removal are expensive. Chemical depilatories, ie. hair removal creams, are much less so though still more expensive than shaving. Chemical depilatories can also have side-effects.

May I direct your attention to the many who believed Irish immigrants were threats and barred from the store, the barber, etc.

No matter where you are, you can always be seen as a threat. It's inevitable.

That my friend, is because they dressed and acted like filthy Irishmen. If you blend into your local environment, you can avoid such issues. I prefer to avoid conflict and hassle when possible. The best way to accomplish this in my experience, is to fit in. If you have had other experiences, then you do things your way and I shall continue mine as I do.

Hm... doesn't sound ideal then for those who just need a shave. Besides it's just 'housekeeping' in a way.
