The polls are definitely tightening, RealClearPolitics has Clinton at 47.5% and Trump at 45%.

This is not counting of course early voting, which Clinton's team did much better at than Trump's, nor does it show the importance of Clinton's GOTV organization which will likely make her vote more efficient.

Edge Clinton still. Until Trump's state wide polling improves, the electoral math is still a steep hill for him to climb.

The whole impeachment process against Bill Clinton started with a bullshit investigation into Whitewater that went on and on until it diverted into bringing out poor Monica - I imagine these email investigations will similarly go on and on and widen in scope until either she completes her terms or something is found.

It's going to be a depressing 4 or 8 years.

The GOP does have a strange hate for the Clintons. Hillary in particular.

Seeing how Clinton's approval ratings go up whenever she is actually doing the job rather than running for it, she may prove surprisingly popular. If history cam repeat itself that is.

Nothing strange about it. The Clintons stole the Reagan Revolution from them. And after suffering all these years of bitter disappointment, and still reeling from the shock of their beloved traditional America electing a black man named Hussein, the hated Clintons are back to deny them their Golden Age of Conservatism yet again!

The fact that their candidate isn't a conservative by any stretch, and would cheerfully piss all over everything they hold dear to make a buck before he'd exert himself on behalf of conservative values, doesn't really even matter at this point. It's all about vengeance and venting all that pent up rage.
