It might even be worth a stock market crash. But it will still be a positive scenario for the States.

How would that be a positive scenario for the States?

I know. But I am also nervous that the markets are placing too much faith on the predictions.

I am sincerely hoping they are right, but, if Trump wins and we end up with an economic downturn as big as Brexit, not entirely sure how small businesses will absorb the shock.

Neither do I. I only live 20 miles from Illinois, I've considered moving.

Well Trump will make a concerted effort to order as many recounts as possible. It won't be.

Is peeking at other voters' ballots allowed in some states?

I'm so excited to track every vote that comes in once the vote closes in some states at 7. New Hampshire will be interesting to watch.

Or if Trump wins and Bernie Sanders becomes the new Che Guevara and annexes New England.

Oh yes, Pennsylvania and Florida. If Trump loses Florida, then he's lost the race and I'll be able to go to bed early.

Greater Pareidolia wrote:GET THE FACTS

Gun Registration. Hillary wants to do away with the Second Amendment. The Nazi’s prohibited people from owning guns, especially the Jews. But the Nazis themselves? They were allowed guns. Sound familiar?

Higher Taxes. Hitler imposed huge taxes on Jewish wealth (along with a 50% surtax on most German groups). Guess what Hillary plans on doing?

Economic Policy. Nazis and Hitler loved public works programs. Like building “roads and bridges.” While bullying the private sector. Let that sink in.

Abortion. Yes, the Nazis and Hitler loved abortion. You know who else loves abortion? Hillary and leftists. You know who doesn’t even like abortion? Republicans.

So if you’re going to draw comparisons of any presidential candidate to Hitler, if you could, like, read and stuff, that would be cool.

Jesus, where do you people find his bullshit drivel?

Hillary has no desire whatsoever to do away with the second amendment, but that's not the point of this post. It's a hate on for people abusing basic history and misleading the uneducated.

1. The only gun laws passed in Germany under Hitler's was the 1938 German Weapons act when Hitler liberalised the existing Weimar laws on gun ownership. Hitler made it much easier for anyone to own a gun. Yes, it was even easier still for party members, but Hitler never once passed any laws restricting gun ownership, he did the opposite. Yes, he did remove the right of Jews to own a gun, but only as part of his policies removing ALL legal rights from Jews. He did not target gun ownership rights, he just got rid of them all.

2. Yes, Hitler did impose higher taxes, and surcharges on certain groups, at first. Then he lowered him enormously across the board. But to try and equate modern governments raising the record-low us income tax rate because of the record high us debt to fucking Hitler is obscene.

3. Bullying the private sector? Hitler was a rampant capitalist, and his very first deal was with big industry. His 'public works projects' weren't public works, they were private sector covered by government laws. The businesses made a fortune. Hitler eliminated unions, the right to strike, the rights to any collective action, and handed all power to big business over the worker. A conservative paradise.

4. Fuck, I mean really? Hitler and he nazis hated and criminalised abortion as one of their first acts. In 1939 they passed further laws mandating the fucking death penalty for any doctor performing an abortion.

Please never, ever, ever post anything about history ever again.

I'm also interested in seeing how some of the ballot measures are going to do, namely the ones about marijuana.
