This, this right here? This is not a measure of bias. That is not how things work. The media has absolutely zero obligation to go and find something good to say about Trump or bad to say about Clinton every time Trump does something shitty. That would not be journalism, that would not be honest reporting.

If one person does way more shitty things than the other, it is not bias to report that.

74 of the 157 are proposals voters themselves put on the ballot, via petition. That's the most citizen initiatives in a decade.
