It was thru a hiring agency. No direct talking with the employers. I don't think it would be possible for a new guy to do that.

Hiring agency can hire straight and not go through the employer for approval. Does not work that way here.

And did you ask your parents, us old people treat jobs differently. Especially if you offer to pay it back.

I have the manual, and read it all the way thure. but no permit.
