Camaalbakrius wrote:Hillary is more Fascist than Trump, if you think about it: Her slogan is "Stronger Together"

Ask yourself:
What is the symbol of Fascism?
What does that symbol mean?/What is the message that it sends?

Then do the math

Vincere e vinceremo! Amirite? :p

Yes, but that does not make everyone who wants to work towards that a fascist. Social democracy for instance, places a lot of emphasis on the common good. It however is not fascism.

Funny you should mention that, I believe some of our tankie friends in LWDT may dispute your claim. "Social Fascism" I believe Stalin once called it or something like that.

Aside from joke ideologies like libertarianism, everyone talks about the common good. "Stronger together" is about as profound as "Fun things are fun".

The Social Fascism doctrine holds that Social Democracy (as we understand it today) is a variation of Fascism because it seeks essentially the same goal of a corporatist economy and class collaborationism.

Speaking of dumb memes from this election, Hillary Clinton will not get into a nuclear war with Russia.

There are 99 reasons not to vote for her and that ain't one.

Not really. Stalin argued that Fascism and Social Democracy came about from the same political desires, and the same corruption of socialist thought.

Name me a non-lassiez-faire non-communist ideology that doesn't bank in on 'class collaboration' and a 'corporatist economy' in the same way SocDems can be said to.

This meme is just so bad it melts my brain. Putinistas are the Trots of the alt-right.

It's certainly better for Democrats than talking about the "Obama economy", let alone Obamacare, or that time they killed Qaddafi, or all the Coal Miners they will put out of work, or common core or... anything concrete really.

Facts lead into unpleasant discussions.

On that note, I fear the continuation of the current economic system. That is to say that we continue to have a lower workforce participation rate and most of the growth going to stocks instead of the real economy. While I do love a fat retirement account, that does me no good if the underlying result is just bubble bullshit. At that point, my numbers on the computer screen become worthless. Those numbers rely on a strong national economy to be worth something. Neither side has offered a solution to solve our structural economic issues other than "build infrastructure". Roads and shit are nice but they are not the ultimate solution we need.

A second Civil War is more likely. I'm being serious. There is a genuine possibility for secession

*** Warned for trolling ***

At first I wasn't sure if this was meant as a serious insult or if it was just a joke gone wrong. Without context, and being posted in a thread full of right-wingers, it doesn't seem like it's going to accomplish anything besides offending people. After reading your other posts for context, I'm still mildly confused, but you've made a couple of obnoxious election-related posts and you need to be mindful of how you express yourself.

You can read the rules here if you need help understanding what's allowed on the forums and what's not.
