I would think some honest work and time alone might do you some good. In addition to other more professional help. The body is a machine just as much as anything else. The chemicals powering your brain may also be out of whack.

Takes finding the right one. First few medications they had me on were awful, first one made me extremely suicidal. Ones I'm on now work perfectly well.
