Christianity: The belief that a Middle-Eastern Lich who was his own father and was born out of a single momma can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical forbidden tree.

Yep. Sounds legit.

This can be done with about every single religion. But it cannot be done with science, nor the facts or the truth.

Which is why I laugh at religious people who claim victory.

They're not supposed to be. Science is a specific method for studying nature- is has nothing to do with the preternatural and less to do with the supernatural.

I believe that even some supernatural things can be explained away by science.

Ghosts, for example, and their hauntings. Most things in videos and such to do with it involve EMPs, magnetism interfering with lighting or electronics, and doors with metal handles flying open and metal pans or pots or bowls being thrown every where, as well as sometimes metal chairs being thrown.

My hypothesis is electromagnetic storms that somehow form due to the earth's own magnetic field for some reason in those areas. The magnetism is just so strong it causes a bunch of spooks.

Online class. I've goofed off (well, mostly goofed off. Some of it was legitimate other college shit) for an entire section of the book. Now I have four quizzes I haven't studied for due tomorrow.

Better than blind faith for a God that hasn't shown himself, the only proof we have of him being a book written in the desert, where people have hallucinations all the time.

At the end of the day, the supernatural, be it God or otherwise, needs some kind of physical form. Otherwise, it isn't anything at all. Science has quite a lot to do with physical forms, be they divine or otherwise.

So at best, you can claim that our current knowledge of science is insufficient to properly study the supernatural. You cannot, however, by any realistic standard, claim that it's totally incapable of doing so.

My point is even the supernatural, to some degree or another, can be explained by science. We just haven't looked for the solutions, yet.

A rather convenient copout, but fair enough. However, if there is a God, and he reveals himself, and proves that there is no God but he and he is beyond all, that would not mean science is wrong. That would mean science is right.
