If you consider that the US is 60% White (non-Hispanic) and Europe, Canada & Australia are about 90% white, then yes - that's a pretty accurate figure.

As a white man, I can't say that I feel particularly threatened by the prospect of their being fewer white people. Its just a fucking colour. It doesn't define who you are.

If everyone was brown, or black... what of it? They're still people, still capable of just as much greatness. Its the mind and the soul that really matter, not the superficialities of appearance.

Race only matters because racists have decided that it matters, and twisted our whole society around an issue that should matter not at all.

But in overwhelming numbers, minority voters generally vote more left. One of the popular theories in Trump/GOP circles is that Democrats don't support successful immigration reform generally because they benefit from getting more votes.

The vaccine talking point has been long debunked, and Stein never said 9/11 was an inside job, just that there are things about the American government protecting people involved that they aren't telling us about.

Historically speaking, it hasn't been considered part of "The West" in the sense that "The West" is basically NATO + Sweden + Finland + Austria + Switzerland + Australia. Cold War terminology, basically.

Trying to prevent that from happening, however, would involve reinstating things like miscegenation laws. The loss of racial purity, which I would argue doesn't matter in the first place, is an acceptable loss when the alternative involves civil rights violations.

There aren't many state GOP parties that do manage to win the majority of their state's minority vote. And those that do, don't represent the party at large.

Arguments such as this are never ever going to win over people like me. Either the concern is addressed or if it isn't, my belief in race being a zero sum game in terms of demographics is just entrenched or reinforced. Agree or not, racial background can be treated as more than just a color. I was born into x group, so by default I'm just looking after my own on a macro scale.

Just two years ago they won the Asian and Native American vote nationally, along with the Hispanic vote in Texas, and possibly Nevada (there were no exit poll race questions but the Republican won with like 70% of the vote so it's likely).


There are also some small pockets of extremely Republican minorities like the Vietnamese and certain Native American tribes in the South. Cubans were once in this group but are now competitive.
