what does tonguing the microphone mean?

It's the one thing that Jon Snow knows. :p

But have you not seen how close he holds the microphone to his mouth? It looks like he's Frenching it half the time. Holding the mic eight or nine inches lower, next to his throat but away from his nose and mouth, would cut down on the amount of breathing that it picks up by a massive amount. Nobody would even notice it, at that point.

Fun fact from a friend who does sound control:

If you are in a room where the sound is not looped back towards the speaker, the mic is supposed to be 6-12 inches away from the mouth. In a room with a sound loop back (speaker among the audience), it's 6-9 inches. Moving it in a little closer in the latter case cuts down on feedback.

Donald Trump appreciates your support.

Also Johnson himself isn't that good.

And polling in single digits.

Alepogate didn't help, either.

Well, its kind of relevant.
"Our progress in degeneracy appears to me to be pretty rapid. As a nation, we began by declaring that "all men are created equal." We now practically read it "all men are created equal, except negroes" When the Know-Nothings get control, it will read "all men are created equal, except negroes, and foreigners, and Catholics." When it comes to this I should prefer emigrating to some country where they make no pretence of loving liberty -- to Russia, for instance, where despotism can be taken pure, and without the base alloy of hypocracy." - President Abraham Lincoln.

In solidarity with Ukraine, I will be censoring the letters Z and V from my signature. This is -ery much so a big change, but it should be a -ery positi-e one. -olodymyr -elensky and A-o- continue to fight for Ukraine while the Russians are still trying to e-entually make their way to Kharki-, -apori-h-hia, and Kry-yi Rih, but that will take time as they are concentrated in areas like Bakhmut, -uledar, and other areas in Donetsk. We will see Shakhtar play in the Europa League but Dynamo Kyi- already got eliminated. Shakhtar managed to play well against Florentino Pere-'s Real Madrid who feature superstars like -inicius, Ben-ema, Car-ajal, and -al-erde. Some prominent Ukrainian players that got big transfers elsewhere include Oleksander -inchenko, Illya -abarnyi, and Mykhailo Mudryk.

Might as well vote for yourself, you both have approximately similar chances of getting to the White House.

Okay let me get this straight.

A vote for Johnson is a vote for Trump.
A vote for Johnson is a vote for Johnson.

And now a vote for Johnson is a vote for nobody.

For the love of god, all I want him to do in the third debate is not hold the damn thing under his nose like he's powdered it with coke.

Keep the mic under your chin, Donald; stop breathing on it like you want to take it furniture shopping later.

Just the contradictions within that one statement are cringeworthy. Even more so is the idea that Trump would actually have support among some GOP government officials if he sought to take a position more like Putin's in Russia.

Can you really answer that question, what do they gain by not supporting him and allowing Hillary Clinton, who they believe will destroy America, win?
