You asked us to pray for your friend. You didn't even need to give a context for those prayers and people would still have done it.

"Guys my friends going through a rough time,can you pray for him" that would have been completely sufficient to the goal of getting prayers for your friend. If that was just your goal.


Instead you then went on a rant about how you "as a Christian" can't support Trump, and he's the source of all your friends problems and implied you're gonna make sure he pays cause "no body does this on my watch". "It's personal now"


One, it's blatant social posturing, meant to make us think highly of you; as well as ideological and virtue signaling. Getting prayers for your friend comes off like a secondary concern.

Two, it's completely impotent. Trump is the president elect, you're a random anon on the internet. What on God's green earth are you gonna do?


Three. It's deflecting from your friends actual issues. Trump is just a man, he has no power to make one suicidal. Suicidal tendencies are self generated. It has everything to do with the person experiencing them, not external input. Your friend, has real issues that need to be addressed. Trump is not one of them.
