Not necessarily. Trump has had plenty of chances to charge, but the lack of an enthusiastic crowd is fucking him over, as well as Clinton for a bit, but she knows how to conduct herself without worrying about the crowds. Trump needs them.

Crimes committed by Muslims will be a pan-Islamic plot and proof of Islam's inherent evil. On the other hand crimes committed by non-Muslims will merely be the acts of loners who do not represent their belief system at all.
The probability of one's participation in homosexual acts is directly proportional to one's public disdain and disgust for homosexuals.
If a political figure makes an accusation of wrongdoing without evidence, odds are probable that the accuser or an associate thereof has in fact committed the very same act, possibly to a worse degree.

What about Bush?
We pulled out due to Congressional pressure and a refusal of Iraq to extend immunity to troops. Bush (and the entire Republican party, except Ron Paul basically) predicted the same thing. That Iraq would descend into fuckery if we pulled out.
This was, if you recall, what was behind McCain's rather famous 'we may have to stay there for a hundred years' comment/rhetoric on the topic.
