"We need to squeeze more money out of our allies."

Trump is talking about the allies like they were small businesses or his employees.

I don't think NAFTA has anything to do with countries not named the United States of America, Canada, or Mexico.

You'd better believe I'm a bitter Bernie Sanders supporter. The Dems fucked up and fucked up hard. Hopefully they'll learn that neoliberalism and maintaining the status quo isn't the way to win this election or any other one. I doubt they will, though.

Trump on the economy.
First of all, her plan is going to raise taxes, maybe double. It's a disaster. She can say all she wants about college tuition, but the public's going to be paying for it. I'd like to start off with where we left. When I say Saudi Arabia, Japan, Germany, she questioned it. Then, when I brought it up, they started paying up. I'm a big fan of NATO, but they have to pay up. She said "We love our allies", but we have to get them to pay up. During Obama's regime, we've doubled our national debt. We're going to have free trade. Our jobs are being taken out by NAFTA, worst thing done by her husband. Our jobs have fled to Mexico and other places. I'll bring them back by renegotiating NAFTA, and if I can't, we'll terminate NAFTA. It's been a disaster. We'll cut taxes massively. Businesses will start hiring again. Our country is dying at 1% GDP.

I'm not even sure what terminating NAFTA would mean. It sounds risky just off the cuff, though.

That'd be a good argument if you weren't removing the equivalent of roughly 1/30th of the economy, which for the united states is a huge issue there.

The fact we have 11 million people, and we have seen what Oklahoma and Georgia became under their strict regulation laws (to the point Georgia's residents wanted the law REVERSED!) it's good enough argument for me.

Mass deportations failed at the state level. The fact that the right cannot see that is not my fault.
