Apparently Utah has actually instituted an anti-abortion law so strict, that now every woman that miscarries is actually open to be investigated so they can make sure that it wasn't "negligent." Jesus, is this the 21st century, or the 1st?

A little homework for you!

What part of L(f(t)) = Int(exp(-s*t)*f(t),t,0,inf) don't you understand?

Dude. Abortion was totally acceptable in the 1st century and widely practiced with quite a few primitive methods.

Utah should officially be made the new Holy Land, far easier to hold and defend than Israel...

Utah should be made it's own country.

The rest of America should have nothing to do with it.

It does say that legal abortions are still allowed, so the whole 'illegal abortions are illegal' thing isn't too much to bare...however the miscarriage bit - what the hell are they thinking? Investigating a woman who's just had a miscarriage - that's sadistic as most women would be suffering already. Whoever penned that bill should have their genital organs mutilated and then be left in a burning building while they're still suffering from the pain >:(
"Grasping the relation of the infinite and self is an act of faith. Essentially, in virtue of absurdity, we can have both the infinite and the self in perspective and be a knight of faith. Freedom is being a ‘self’ as one wills to be… ‘Duty is the expression of God’s will’…but can’t… Can’t God be, subjectively, something or someone else? Acting for them, in duty to them, could still let us have faith. Being a knight of faith for them would mean determining your relation to the universal to your relation to the absolute"

South Carolina's shot at banning abortion got nailed, this one shouldn't be too different.

Sure, just look at the case that prompted it.

Article wrote:Lawmakers were responding to the case of a 17-year-old pregnant Utah woman who paid a man $150 to assault her physically in the hope that the beating would cause her to miscarry. The child was born anyway and put up for adoption. And while the man involved is currently behind bars, prosecutors found they had no basis in state law to prosecute the young woman. She was in her seventh month when she tried to terminate her pregnancy.

She endangered the life of her child, possibly causing damage to it . I think women who smoke and drink during pregnancy and who carry to term are pretty fucking immoral, and are damaging others lives.

The constitutionality is questionable, it looks like it follows the idea of scotus rulings.
limit the number of nonmedical abortions while allowing medical abortions.
The law is abosolute garbage and I hope the people of Utah elect new representatives in 2010.
