That seems like a stretch, but significantly less so given who Duterte is.
You'd better believe I'm a bitter Bernie Sanders supporter. The Dems fucked up and fucked up hard. Hopefully they'll learn that neoliberalism and maintaining the status quo isn't the way to win this election or any other one. I doubt they will, though.

That would've super fucked us and got us exactly the same result, just much quicker. Clinton was always leading in the polls and so was Trump. If we would've all voted in maybe March...It would've all been a lot less close.

ALSO, while we're at it. There's literally no reason to vote on a damn Tuesday in November. It's not in the constitution, it's just an arbitrary day from the 19th century. Why are we not voting on a Saturday? No reason. None.

This history on that is actually quite interesting. It's not arbitrary, although the original valid reasoning no longer applies.

The current president of the Philippines apparently emptied two Uzi magazines into Jamisola, a justice department official wounded at a road block confrontation with Duterte's death squad.

If Donald Trump would actually do the right thing and simply pay his taxes, that would mean that he would feel basic human emotions such as compassion and empathy. Such un-American weaknesses should be avoided at all costs! And charity? Charity is Bolshevism!

It might be a tie.
Wouldn't that just be the perfect capstone to this clusterfuck?

http://www.270towin.com/maps/4lvzl

This is plausible by current polling if Trump does well in all the states he's currently doing well in, but fails to press his advantage further, and fails to lose ground.

Trump isn't "doing well" in Ohio, Iowa, Florida, and North Carolina. The races are in a virtual tie. And Colorado, Clinton is leading by five-plus points in Colorado. Not only that, it's strange that you'd turn Colorado red, but not Nevada.

He's doing well according to the most up to date polls. I mixed up colorado and nevada, you're right. That'd mean a narrow loss.

So I went onto RCP. Iowa is outside the margin of error for Trump so you can nix that.

In Iowa he's up 4.3. I'm also factoring in voter enthusiasm. Colorado is for clinton less than Iowa is for Trump, and the momentum is bad.

mr "worth $10B" makes less than $500k/year as a bottom line income for tax purposes.

we know this because he gets a NYC tax rebate given to those who make less than $500k/year.

this as a man who takes in millions every year in licensing fees for his name on buildings.

The so-called "liberal media" so hungry for reality TV ratings that they're pitching softballs to a documented bullshit and con artist, not giving a shit the country will tumble back centuries if it's not destroyed altogether and that they helped someone who wants to sue them on the slightest butthurt.
Crimes committed by Muslims will be a pan-Islamic plot and proof of Islam's inherent evil. On the other hand crimes committed by non-Muslims will merely be the acts of loners who do not represent their belief system at all.
The probability of one's participation in homosexual acts is directly proportional to one's public disdain and disgust for homosexuals.
If a political figure makes an accusation of wrongdoing without evidence, odds are probable that the accuser or an associate thereof has in fact committed the very same act, possibly to a worse degree.

President Trump will probably call the man a great ally of the United States, and the sad truth is that it wouldn't even be the worst murderer the US government once declared to be the best of friends. Not that the Soviets/Russians, the European Union and other powers haven't declared their undying love for horrible monsters in the (often not so distant) past, of course. And China simply doesn't care at all, as long as the trade agreements are to their benefit.

Well, the Philippines has long been friendly with the US. Even after the problems in the 90s and early 2000s, the Filipino government, albeit under Benigno Aquino III, asked the US Navy to reestablish a military presence in the old Subic naval base in the face of Chinese aggression.

Maybe the Philippines need a strong dose of Chinese efficiency. Consider it geopolitical shock treatment; what could possibly go wrong?
