I'm just saying, if the area is literally designated like that,it's gonna create tension. I'm sure soon the white folks in the dormitory will be subtly pressured to leave if not outright told. Residents will likely be more wary of white visitors as well, probably a few will be protesters against the idea and then there will be a general distrust.

1. Depends on what you mean...it's only a problem when people view people as lesser for it. Race is kinda loose defintion wise. Some people just treat like superficial appearance and not anything to gloat over. It was originally just for people with the same tounge then nationality before all the BS came in.

Admittedly I'm not exactly comfortable with myself but it's sounds in excution better than normal if that is indeed the case. I mean it sounds other have applied equally and is more focused about community other than skin color. The people who i'm mentioned will probably have contact with the others over there so i don't see how that would change. You may be right but i just can't accept anecdotal for evidence.

One of the articles said anyone can attend so it is so.
Now one of the other people have said that due to how it's setup that the group in the area will self-segregate but they exactly have evidence for that.
