Growing a little older and mellower, I don't think I actively dislike any teams.
Except, specifically, the 2005 Steelers. Eff them guys in particular.

I still find myself with an active dislike of Cincinnati, New England, Dallas, Denver, and Baltimore in that order. I doubt I will ever not hate the Bengals.

I do tend to root for teams that haven't been as successful recently. I like the idea of any given Sunday, and that we could see a wider selection of teams making the playoffs. In pretty much every sport. It's a lot of fun when your team is a dynasty in the making, but other than that, seeing the same teams in the playoffs over and over again tends to get less exciting. Again, unless it's your team.

That's definitely true. That's probably part of why I'd like to see the Raiders make the postseason this year. It's not because I like them, but they've just been so irrelevant for so long.

What is a "Brown" anyway? In addition to being the worst team, they also get the worst team name.
Cincinnati Reds might not want that question applied to them.
Worst name, in my opinion, is Texans. That's just lame. The Seattle Washingtonians, The Denver Coloradans, The Baltimore Marylanders? All stupid, see? As is Texans.

The "new Browns" also seem to have a fondness of drafting/signing/employing people named "Brown".
Courtney Brown (2000)
Jarrett Brown (2011)
Bobby Brown (2001)
James Brown (2012)
Another James Brown (2000)
Lomas Brown (1999)
Sheldon Brown (2010)
Ralph Brown (2006)
Orlando Brown (1999) zebra Jeff Triplette ended his career by throwing a flag in his eye.
Titus Brown (2010)
If you include the "old Browns", the surname Brown is the most common surname for Browns players.
And let's not forget current executive Sashi Brown. I did leave out players and coaches of the "old Browns" (Baltimore Ravens since 1996) like Paul and Jim Brown. As Jerzy has noted, the current Cleveland Browns are the only one of the three franchises he mentioned that is named after Paul Brown, and also the only one that Paul Brown had nothing to do with (no matter how many times the NFL wants to uphold the "old Browns" = "new Browns" fantasy.
Cleveland Browns players named Brown
Is there an obligation to draft guys with the last name of Brown for the Cleveland Browns.

Then in order, Patriots, Raiders, Bills, Colts, Steelers, Ravens, Giants.

What's your problem with the AFC Ravens (since all the other teams on your list are NFC teams)?
Did the Ravens beat your team in a super bowl?
Strangely, my mom grew up in Pennsylvania as a nominal Steeler fan, then moved to Virginia and adopted the Ravens as her second favorite team. I've tried multiple times to explain to her why that doesn't work, but to no avail.

That's like how I'm a fan of LSU and Ohio State at the same time. XD
