I'm not normally into football, being a Canadian it isn't as big a deal here as it is south of the border, but the Super Bowl is the one time I actually do pay attention. Probably because it's so hype and exciting. Regardless, I haven't been this happy about a Super Bowl ever. Fly, Eagles, Fly!

And just in case anyone watching this thread watches wrestling

This beats the previous record of 1,133 set by Los Angeles Rams vs New York Yanks in 1950. And more recently, Chargers vs Bengals in 1982, with 1,102 yards.

Also, the total points scored (74, 41-33) is actually not a Super Bowl record. That's the Chargers vs 49ers in Super Bowl XXIX, which had 75 total points, 26-49. Now if only those kickers had made some extra points they'd have the record.

All in all, it was a game of Madden. *nod*
