No doubt; I am also part of the Colin Kaepernick fanclub, so you could have a point there.

Please tell me you don't think he should be signed because he's good. Kaepernick was 2015-2016 Bortles last year, except add in one of the 3 worst QB performances of all time to his resume.

The Chiefs have taken our old warhorse Tamba Hali off the PUP list! Hopefully he is ready for his swan song, his final ride for glory! Hali and Houston reunited at last!

Its been quiet since September. But yeah, he wants to play, and was unhappy about snap count and whatnot. I think he's been kept in reserve for the last half of the season an playoff push. Hopefully in comes back better than ever. Hali and Houston were a fantastic duo of pass rushers before age and injury hampered them.

I know Philli looks kind of unbeatable right now, but it's easy to think 'how do you stop that,' with that sort of a team.

I'll tell you how.

Von Miller, Demarcus Ware, and Derek Wolfe maul Brady (2015 AFC Championship)
Sherman, Chancellor, Wagner, Thomas, and co. shut down the GOAT (2013 Super Bowl)
Eli does a thing: ('07 Super Bowl)
Falcons shut down Cam and Ryan does enough to win (2015 Panthers @ Falcons)

Those are kind of the games I go back and look at and remember that any underdog can show up on any given Sunday, and any top team can slip up.

Yeah this season is all but over for Green Bay. I think they probably have the worst QB in the division right now, and the other teams have a clear leg up in other parts of the game

Houston TX in last 18 hours....

Wins first World Series in 55 years, loses QB Deshaun Watson for the season in a non contact practice. That's a major real buzzkill for the sports fans there.

I think I'm gonna order a Tamba Hali jersey! Mah first jersey since middle school, lol. (It was a Tony Gonzalez jersey)

Ooooh, actually, I'll check the mall first. There's a sports store there with a ton of stuff.

Why do people act like he's good? He's horrible.

If you look at the pure stats, sure, he looks fine last season, hell, I'll take a QB who tosses 16 TDs and 4 INTs. But he was much like Blake Bortles, obtaining most of his stats in garbage time, and even then didn't manage to complete 60 percent of his passes. I watched this guy play last year. He sucked. He went one and ten as a starter (not all of that can be pinned on him, obviously), with a sub par offense behind him (not awful, however. Torrety Smith, Joe Staley, and Carlos Hyde gave him more than enough to work with). He was also sacked 36 times against 331 pass attempts, which isn't all on him, as the O line was 28th/32, but that's still absurd.

Besides that, signing him brings a media circus, locker room issues, and a guy who advocates for policies of Fidel Castro. Also the guy who started a kneeling phenomenon that has caused massive losses in profit against the NFL. Why would anyone sign him when it doesn't sell tickets?

And don't even try the 'tickets will sell when he starts to win' argument, because let's look at that record again, shall we? 1-10 last season as a starter. 2-16 in 2015 as a starter. (6 TD, 5 INT, again couldn't hit 60 percent completion percentage).4

2014: 8-8 as a starter, 3,300 yards, 60.5 completion percentage (sic)...and 19 TD to 10 INT.

Last season, based on point differential:
Tied and ahead combined: 494 yards, 4 TD, 2 INT
Behind (total): 1,747 yards, 12 TD, 2 INT
Behind (9-16 points): 688 yards, 5 TD, 0 INT

You could say 'he was forced to play from behind and did what he could to win the game)

You know what I call that? Garbage time. I haven't even looked into his stats when behind by 16+, but I'm sure they indicate the same thing. Kaepernick. Sucks.

Hate to say it, but that AFC East is anyone's ball game folks. Also, I'm sure Deshaun Watson is calling Teddy Bridgewater for advice and encouragement.
