Well that's new to me. Although It hasn't been used in 200 years, so it needs updating. I take the fact he hasn't already been dragged before parliament in chains means it's unlikely to happen. With your proposed cuts, that family would be homeless within ~2 months.

1) pick a law
2) compare the law to the same situation in japan, poland, germany and russia
3) if you get "less liberal than all 4" you need to seriously rethink what the fuck went wrong and what the hell you think you're doing
