I'm pretty sure it has to do with NS having a presence in countries that have banned the use of the Swastika, not a contest of most kills.

Because communism was misinterpreted by many who used it to brutally oppress people. Facism actually incites hatred and supremacy. So in short, communism does not call for oppression and violence, while facism does. Does that help anyone?

And regarding the actual content of that claim, Marx was not some fluffy-eared liberal, he believed class struggles were just as irreconcilable as Hitler thought racial struggles were and that the proletariat could only defeat capitalism by violent revolution.

If Nazi swastikas aren't allowed, are sauwastikas? They have a whole different meaning. So, let's say if I wanted a Buddhist/Asian nation, would be I allowed to use it?
(In Buddhism the left-facing sauwastika are imprinted on the chest, feet, palms of the Buddha)
