2. I confess on not having seen that it doesn't sound any better than the current film. This movie is also bearable.

I may be biased since I was a large fan of the original movie, but for God's sake actually research into the previous movie instead of making it White Knight and SJW bait with a "spooky ghost theme over it." I'm just saying I'm not suprised the it happened and I wouldnt be if more attacks were carried out in the future. I did like the soundtrack though.

I think with the audience who loved the original felt that this entire flick was about "Men Drool, Girls Rule" and as far as I can tell that was basically it, except surprisingly enough they even re-enforced black women stereotypes, another thing that probably annoyed fans was probably how they whipped the slat clean, instead they should have probably made the cast related to the original 4, and have it set after the first few movies, the fans probably wouldn't have cared if they did that.

Oh and that debocal when it came to the director basically calling anyone who hates the movie. Misogynists and bigots.....sheesh...that was not a good Idea on his part.

I mean i may see where the first part of that comes from [The villain is basically a caricature of all the "haters". but it doesn't really spend time on Man vs Women....and however poorly written for a villain and stupid a caricature...it actually tries to show some sympathy for him.] but Gender was hardly a theme.

It wasn't really directly addressing sex vs sex, my reasoning for coming to this conclusion was the amount of males in the movie that they just made look dumb, for example Chris' character, or even the fact that they kicked the main villain in the balls, I mean come on, I know that's an effective way get a man to let go of something ( in this case the building if I remember correctly)
But you could have shot him in the eye and it would have been just as effective.

No, I don't like her work. No, I don't like her movie, and she annoys the living shit out of me just enough to bitch about it on the tubes.
