I wouldn't want to be ranked neither since I'd probably termed as "tyrannical" or something similar since I'd prob genocide a few people.

To be fair, we all have that one group we want to genocide. I say that as a left-winger.

I mean, after my disagreement with Joch over Mohammad's actions with the Banu Qurayza I looked into it more and if you go with the broad view of intent to destroy, than so many things can be considered genocide that it would lose a lot of its shock factor. Caesar's conquest of Gaul? Genocide. Putting down the Sepoy Rebellion? Genocide. Defeat of Biafra? Genocide. You could actually make an argument that the subjugation of the CSA was genocide with that view of it.

I feel that the American system has the potential to do very well, there are a couple of roadblocks. Most of those roadblocks would be fixed by instituting term limits on senators and representatives. We already have limits on the President to prevent the rise of a pseudo-dictatorship, why not the other politicians? There are some politicians that have been in office for more than three decades.

Not really. Libertarianism is more small and local government, strengthening of non-government institutions, and less regulations. You would be able to be pretty degenerate without breaking any laws in my system, but there would still be some consequences.

But since it's delegated to local government, there would be pockets of extreme degeneracy unfettered by laws and supported by non-government institutions?
