The Greens and the Libertarians should put more effort into winning at the local and state level.

Yeah. That's been my opinion for years now. You need a sizable and loyal support base before you can hope to compete in the big leagues.

Besides, in elections such as this, they could benefit from having candidates for every level, other than just the presidency, and betting on voters picking major party candidates for president, and then getting a bit more creative further down the ballot.

He also thinks the plane shot down over Ukraine was a false flag attack committed by American in order to defame Russia, and when we put additional sanctions on Russia for the actions in Ukraine, he basically went (heavily paraphrasing), "But how can you focus on literally any other foreign policy when Israel has the audacity to exist!"

Anyway, I don't think people are denying that some of Sanders' supporters are going over to Stein. They're just saying, and I'm among them, that a relatively insignificant number of people are going to vote for the Greens in November.
