Then the big question of course is: What happens if, for whatever reason, Obama doesn't fold?
How willing would Erdogan be to escalate further? Not necessarily directly towards the US, but rather towards the EU to put pressure on the US. He's got a lot of vocal and aggressive support especially here in Germany... See the reaction regarding the Armenia resolution in the Bundestag.
