Even if France closes their border (which they have) it won't do much to prevent more attacks. There already in the country and xenophobia won't help either.

He meant to say, our tight gun laws prevent most mass shooting. Not all but some.

Also, right now no one is saying that this was an attack by terrorists right now. It was intentional but maybe not by terrorists.

Definetely a terrorist attack as the driver seem to have run over people through a distance of 2 km approximately with a speed of 60km/h at least.
