Brexit brings all the Aliens in the yard...

Postby Alaizia » Mon Jul 04, 2016 1:45 pm

So some days before in a speech about Brexit, the president of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker talked about "leaders of other planets" that observe and worry about the unity of the EU. Ok....?

This was his speech: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QM-KVAXY7Gs

The actual text of the speech in French is:
"Il faut savoir que ceux qui nous observent de loin, sont inquiets. J’ai vue et entendue et écouté plusieurs des dirigeants d’autres planètes. Ils sont très inquiets parce qu’ils s’interrogent sur la voie que l’union européenne vas poursuivre. Donc il faut rassurer et les européens et ceux qui nous observent de plus loin."
Which basically translates in English to:
"You should know that those who observe us from afar, are worried. I have seen and heard and listened to more of the other planets leaders. They are very worried because they question the way that the European Union going to continue. So you have to reassure the Europeans and those who observe us further."

Now, the native language of Junker is not French. But according to Wikipedia, he was already fluent in French from the days when he was a student. And in the video, we see that the accent is almost perfect. He wouldn't make such elementary mistakes.

In French, the word "planet" is "Planète". In the native language of Juncker, who is Luxembourgish (a western German language was adopted as the official language in 1984), the word planet is "planéit". In other words, there is no possible confusion here. If he wanted to say "the leaders of other nations," the French word "nation" could be used, which is likewise in Luxembourgish "natioun". Similarly, the word "country" is "pays" in French and "land" in Luxembourgish. There is no possibility of confusion here because the words are similar in most European languages.
The weird thing about this story is that it was completely covered up by the system media. Normally it should be displayed, even as "funny" or "blunder", in various television and internet media.

And most importantly, the text from the official EU website changed this part of his speech into something else:
"Make no mistake, those who are watching us from afar are concerned. I have met and listened to several leaders. They are very worried because they are wondering about the course the European Union will take. So we must reassure Europeans and those who are watching us from further away."

Could he be drunk? He is known to be a bit overexcessive regarding alcohol, but he doesn't seem so in the video and no one corrected him over something as blatantly absurd as this. In fact, the rest of the people there seemed to not give much attention to what he said. And even if it was meant as a joke, neither Juncker nor anyone present cracked a smile or something. And anyway, you don't make jokes in the midst of such an important event as Brexit is. Especially when you are the President of the EC.

So NS, did the old man had a bit more of a drink, or should we prepare for a real-life Independence Day in the near future? and in that case realise that all those conspiracy theorists were justified...

Sounds drunk, maybe it was a bad attempt at humor.

Juncker is an unfunny bureaucrat, I appreciate his....efforts to seem more human, but eh, it isn't working for him.

I don't like EU bureaucrats as much as next guy, but you have to admit, this whole scene is strikingly bizarre. Here you have the President of EC in a speech about Brexit talking about leaders of other planets. I mean....it's so uncharacteristic of EU leader. Even as a joke. And nobody gave a shit. That baffles me.

Or he's actually signalling his true superiors amongst the aliens that Operation Brexit is a success and that the invasion can begin.

But when some eurosceptic makes a snide remark against Merkel, everyone collectively shits themselves. But, in the end, who cares, mate. I think he was just drunk or something, or maybe he misspoke like a dumbass. Happens to the worst of us.

I think the fact I have yet to find anything about this in the mainstream media is even more odd.

One would think if they have that much control over mainstream media, they could use their lizard powers to also get the video off of YouTube.

It's not as if he comes across as very credible. Leaving it out there is better than suppressing it.

Originally I was thinking Horus, but Farage kind of stepped down as party leader so I guess we will see.
