All the religiously bigoted aren't speaking up. Why? Cause they don't care. Christianity, Islam, Buddhism...every faith isn't clean and many don't like us LGBT people.

There are no "Moderate" Islamists/Muslims. There are Westernized, Apathetic, and Hardcore Islamists. The claims about Moderates being the majority who are against such acts are deliberate lies. Westernized Muslims, who are ok with Israel, gays, lesbians, and trans existing, are such a small minority, easily the smallest group of them all.

The so called "Moderates," are actually apathetic people who don't really care if something bad happens to others, because they are not subject to such horrible acts on the fact that they believe that the West and it's denizens deserve it. These comprise of the majority and they are far more likely to support the Hardcore factions that call for the beheading of gays, and stoning of women who walk outside alone.

This shooting happened at a bar. Guns and alcohol don't mix well, there's probably a the partygoers weren't armed. Whether or not there are laws in Florida banning weapons at bars or no one happened to have a gun I don't know.
