The Conservators aka L.R (the former U.M.P Sarkozy renamed hoping that it would somehow make people forget about Bygmalion, a corruption scandal most of the leaders of said party were involved in) is in a despicable state. It was "coup-ed" three time; once by Copé who basically rigged an election for the presidency of the party before threatening to ban the man he disputed the election to, that's to say Fillon; a second time by Fillon himself as Copé got outted because of the role he played in Bygmalion affair and a third time by Sarkozy who returned from his "exile", causing a "civil war" in the process as he was and is still desperately trying to force himself into the primaries because getting into the presidency would mean he would get a 5 five year immunity for the 19 different judiciary cases (mostly corruption related but some other darker shit too) he is being pursued for.
For quite obvious reasons, L.R is thus quite widely viewed as a scummy, crime-ridden, corrupted shithole that spit on most of it's electors. So, I doubt they're gonna get a lot of support from the public at large.

Moreover, they also made the big mistake of, to quote Sarkozy, "siphoning votes from the F.N" by stealing their rhetoric, thus playing a big role into it's rise in the mainstream.

As for the P.S and the "Socialists" (our liberals), Hollande poisonned the well to a point no one could have ever believed he would have; making the P.S basically irrelevant until Valls will be able to "coup" it too and impose himself as a "Messiah".

So, honestly, the situation ain't gonna get better anytime soon.

You just enforce stricter penalties for hiring illegal immigrants and actually enforce it (Or license it out to dedicated minutemen organizations to do the investigating), imprison them if they refuse to reveal where they are from until they will for contempt of court (Make court orders to demand they reveal the information.), raise housing benefit higher and only allow citizens to use it (Which will inflate house prices and mean nobody can rent a house without the benefit.), and engage in a bit of propaganda to dissuade them from coming here.

For someone so angered about how poor white men have it, why do you support measures that will heavily impact poor white men as a consequence of your bizarre fixation with illegal immigrants?

They aren't just going to fade away. They're a national force in many countries now. Globalist economics and mass migration policies haven't wrung out a gasp from the corpse of fascism, they have resuscitated it. Now that it's in double digits in polls across europe and arguably america, and it's getting harder to just mock and dismiss their views, they'll stick around. The injection of members that the recent surge has caused has given them footsoldiers. They aren't going to just go away.

The economic malaise will remain, even if it doesn't hit crisis levels. But I wouldn't be confident in there not being another global financial crisis within a decade or so.
The narrative on the economy need not be "A crash has happened." to remain relevant, merely "A crash is coming, the system is unstable.", that will be sufficient to appeal to those with no faith in the economic system, and seem prophetic and knowledgable if a crash does come about.

The cultural consequences of mass migration won't go away either, and may get worse. Certainly, expecting Academia and the chattering classes to get over their loathing of western culture and white males is naive, and all of these things fuel far-right sentiment.

I don't think people realize what's happened. The far-right has positioned itself as the successor to globalist neoliberalism. Unless someone provides an alternative, it WILL win, eventually. That alternative would need to address the same concerns of the far-right in order to stand a chance.

Proper immigration reforms are a myth. There are only going to be more and more people wanting to leave the regions of the world which are struck by poverty, Global climate change and war not less it's lunacy to think any one country could completely cut it's self off from immigration or actually I don't know maybe luxembourg and the vatican city could but the immigrants will always be more desperate to get in than the soldiers at the border will be to keep them out and there aren't enough people that would actually willingly participate in the fascist police state that would be required to make sure illeagle immigrants dont stay here oh and not to mention it would be morally bankrupt to deny people who have sometimes literally nothing a dip in our fountain of plenty.

What fountain of plenty? The EU is struggling ecnomically and cannot even properly support or employ the people it has. I am not against all immigration but mass migration during massive unemployment makes no sense at all.

Growth is partly driven by population increase, In Capital in the 21st century Picketty estimates population growth and growth in productivity account for about half each of the total growth percentage wise, it's a simplification, but generally historically when growth is low population growth is low and only started spiking when growth started happening. So in other words, to spark Growth in the EU we should throw open our borders like America did in the 19th century.
