Gee, I wonder why a fascist wouldn't want to be associated with someone who got Fascist Italy into a war too soon, made idiotic mistakes in said war, set up a government structure that couldn't function, and tried to base his nationalism off of an absurd racial philosophy.

Give old Uncle Adolfo due credit. The Allies came very very close to losing the war. Either we were all incompetant to the point of treason and the Krauts were just mediocre or we were ok and he was a genius. A fool doesn't go as far as he did.

Italy fucked everything up by jumping into the war unprepared in an attempt to get a seat at the victor's table. That's on Mussolini's head for that mistake.

It's true that Hitler had a lot of skill, but he wasn't as good as he could've been (then again, who was?) But Mussolini knew he was unprepared and tried to delay war. Besides, Hitler takes the spotlight away from other ebil right wing dictators.

At the time that Italy joined the war, Germany had been steamrolling over Allied corpses and Mussolini was worried about having to deal with an overpowered Hitler, along with Italy being reduced to a second rate power.

Even after the defeat in France, Britain was still the master of the sea, both the Channel and the Mediterranean. Germany was never going to get past the Royal Navy, and there was always Papa Joe to the east. The whole war could simply have been avoided if Hitler had just kept to his German irredentism, instead of breaking his promises repeatedly.

Purely privatized, just like everything under the sun (and including the sun). Private schools should be allowed to insert religion into the educational process if they want to, but I personally hope that society will soon grow out of dogmatic religion enough to make that a silly idea outside of the fringes of the society. Vouchers are a pretty good compromise.

I see. I disagree, as I think education is a right. I do agree private schools can add religion to their curriculum since they are privately owned institutions, though.
