The matter here is that Obama, under Title IX of the Education Ammendments, has withdrawn funding from schools that do not offer Transgender persons equal protection, so the "A and B" option doesn't exist, as its not a matter of not being able to fund bathroom integration.

In that case, the A & B option is actually the only option that Obama's providing: now schools can do both A & B with federal funding.

Sounds like a good use of the President's powers to me. Much better than building a wall.

If an employee refuses to conform to new regulations it's well within the employer's right to fire him/her, I'd say.

The regulations may not be the employee's job, but it's something he does have to take account for while doing that job.

That could work as this:
SJW Trigglypuffs (schools) is payed 100$ (how ever much the government pays the schools) to do a job (teach disabled children), and has to wear a fruit hat (conform to regulations) by Galloism (Government), which he does for many years. Galloism then adds an extra fruit (transgender accommodation) to the hat (regulations), which SJW Trigglypuffs refuses to wear (schools refuse to conform to the new regulation), and he takes it off of his hat when showing up for work with the rest of it, except the one fruit.

The thing just is that Galloism can't be paying SJW Trigglypuffs just to wear the basket.
