Then by all means, prove it. Because that claim certainly doesn't seem to translate into real life, regardless of nation.

The "if it was safe" part is important. My battery is about to die, I'm referencing just pretty much every interview with refugees and piece on them.

In Turkey, the population of Syrian refugees in 22 of the government-run camps is estimated to be around 217,000 people. There are total of 1,938,999 [1] registered Syrian refugees living in Turkey inside or outside the camps and much more unregistered.[2]

Apparently the camps are more than adequate to fulfill their needs.

Remember, muslims and "brown" people can do no wrong, and if you ever object you're a racist and islamophobic.

On the other hand, you obviously can do wrong, and you do. Right here.
It's untrue that fewer than 500 migrants in Sweden found jobs. The facts are that fewer than 500 asylum seekers (494) who've arrived in Sweden during 2015 and have asylum applications pending and are between the ages 20 - 64 and have applied for and been granted work permits while waiting for the application process, have found employment.
Which is neither particularly surprising nor particularly dramatic, all things considered. The less than 30,000 people we're talking about have, after all, been in the country between 0,5 and 1,5 years, has an uncertain future (unprocessed asylum claims), and many still have to learn the language - all factors that make them less valuable on the labour market at this point in time.
A much more interesting question is how many who've been granted asylum find jobs, and that rate is significantly higher.
