Whales continue to carry nothing, and are vastly more intelligent than every pigeon is existence. Even your own clip says that only a very small single group of Dolphins use a sponge to probe the sea floor, yet those are not the only intelligent Dolphins in the world. Every dolphin in existence is more intelligent than every pigeon in existence, despite the fact that all pigeons 'carry' and most dolphins do not.

Anyone can, but not everyone should.

It's sometimes necessary to invent new words to explain a concept in one word instead of using a whole sentence to do so. Philosophers do it sometimes, scientists do it sometimes, even Dan Savage does it sometimes (e.g. "pegging" and santorum with a lower case "s" and I am not going to be held responsible if you do an unsafe google search for those terms, dammit). Sometimes, new words are necessary to aid communication.

The thing is that sometimes shitty philosophers and wannabe scientists will invent words unnecessarily to obfuscate their arguments in an attempt to make it less obvious that they are totally full of shit or that their ideas are totally not original at all.

"Linvoid" is kinda like the linguistic equivalent of the variable "x" in math/programming. It can be used to hold/represent/store a meaning that doesn't already have its own unique/dedicated word. In the case of this thread...

If "x" already had its own word... then it wouldn't be necessary to use "x" or "linvoid" to represent this concept. But because this concept doesn't have it's own word... it's more convenient to write "x" or "linvoid" rather than "the ability to simultaneously carry different resources".

As a result, deciding what to carry becomes more complicated/complex. The complexity of this problem demanded and selected for more brain power/storage. Therefore... having hands, arms and walking up right facilitated complex carrying which facilitated the selection of greater intelligence.
