If we don't start shaping up on climate change now, society as we know it will almost certainly collapse within a century and hundreds of millions -- if not billions -- will die horribly.

Well no data supports the position that it's the losing side, and if you steadfastly refuse to support it you're supporting self fulfilling prophecy.

At the very least if you're not going to stop Trump, stop pretending that you aren't partly to blame if that's the case. I, for one, won't be a part of that myself.

And I say it like that because it is. All science points to massive climate change on an unprecedented scale, and the window to curtail its effects is closing fast. If we do not take drastic measures within the next couple of election cycles, we're never going to be able to adjust to the changed climate as a society without bloodshed: as many as 100 million people could find their homes underwater by 2100. Where are they going to go, exactly? You think we have a refugee crisis now?

If we do not take drastic measures within the next couple of election cycles, we're never going to be able to adjust to the changed climate as a society without bloodshed: as many as 100 million people could find their homes underwater by 2100. Where are they going to go, exactly? You think we have a refugee crisis now?

Improve how? in what way?

Do you have anything to offer other than snide, shallow straw men?

At the very least, she is not actively hostile to the interests of women and minorities, as Trump is.

She will also likely try to pass a higher minimum wage and at least incremental reforms on health care, Wall Street, climate change, and education, among other things, to please her base.

And she will certainly appoint better Supreme Court Justices than Trump. That alone will have a huge impact for decades.
