What did you do to it?

Well it was during football (American) practice, near the beginning in fact. We were doing a new tackling drill we never done before. It involved a donut like dummy that the coaches rolled and we would have to tackle it with one arm in the hole and the other around it. Once we wrapped it up we had to start rolling right before we hit the ground and when I did my right arm and shoulder slammed into the ground. No we were not wearing shoulder pads, wasn't wearing any pads at all.
