I always strive to put down the heightened view of the post count number - Or I voice my love and support of it with immense amounts of sarcasm. If the real post count lovers don't notice my sarcasm, that's their problem.

Some of the users like myself are in your midst all the time in TET, but unremarkably so. A reputation merely of being Jim Kaat, Adrian Beltre, or Bert Blyleven in baseball. Stats accumulators who in the case of Blyleven or Beltre with one outstanding season and a bunch of solidly above average but not particularly impressive ones.
