Well, I am honestly speechless. Although I do see where they are coming from, I am worried about what is to come in the future, this may lead to the criminalization of pornography in Utah. Although I am not one of the people who watch porn often, I feel this is a good example of a law evolving into something more extreme than what it first was. Although the evolution has not begun yet, I have a feeling it will soon.

Okay, the porn industry has its problems, and it may contribute to certain societal problems... but calling it a "health hazard" is a bit too much.

It confuses me how egregiously US politicians in particular go against any scientific evidence of any kind. I don't understand it. That said, the part specifically about requiring technicians finding child pornography on a computer is good (though abusable).

That's a little bit much. I guess they don't do many forays into porn industry and if they did, they don't want anyone to know.

Of course porn promotes violence against women and opposition to it makes women safer. This is why countries where it is banned like Saudi Arabia are internationally renowned for their respect for women's rights. Similarly, if we want to look to true defenders of women's rights in the U.S., we obviously need to look to the LDS Church.
