So, NSG, Colombia's highest court is paving the way for same-sex couples to get married. Gay couples in Colombia were already allowed to form civil unions, with many benefits of marriage including inheritance, pensions and health benefits but they couldn't get legally married. Hopefully, in two years, they'll be able to do that. So, what do you think, oh, dead friends of Nation States? Is this a step forward for Colombia who along with Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay (and a few Mexican states and municipalities) will become one of the only nations in Latin America to make it legal for same-sex lovers to get married? Is this a step backwards because you're a homophobe? Comment below.
