I honestly like Salazar, but not as much as I like Franco, I think Franco did a better job of holding power over Spain.

I like the Lebanese leader Bashir Gemayel, although he is heavily criticized for collaborating with Israel, he was not a puppet in fact he brought them in to take out his main enemies the Muslim communists who were using the Palestinians as a front.

One thing that authoritarians need to realize is that they aren't isolated from the public. They should still constantly be mindful of the needs of the public; after all, it isn't a kleptocracy.

I'm not really far right I'd say I'm pretty moderate but I do like fascists such as Mussolini and Petain, and Franco wasn't a bad guy either.

Franco was not a Fascist. Franco was a right wing dictator. Has for Petain, I think he was really just very conservative. The Italian leader was the real thing.
