And the new issue of The National ENQUIRER — on newsstands now — reveals how the reports say the staunch Republican is hiding FIVE different mistresses!

“Private detectives are digging into at least five affairs Ted Cruz supposedly had,” claimed a Washington insider.

“The leaked details are an attempt to destroy what’s left of his White House campaign!”

Now, yes, it does sound like tabloid news drama. However, this would put into context some odd behavior such as Ted Cruz's Super PAC giving 500,000 to Carly Fiorina's super PAC.

The Enquirer has gotten this right before, however, with John Edwards back in 2007 if my memory serves me.

If this is true - which it hasn't been verified independently yet - it could shatter the last opposition to Trump. Ted Cruz is a staunch family values conservative and this may do his campaign mortal damage and pave Trump's way to 1237.

Kasich as it stands now, might as well drop out. He is disqualified by the GOP's own rules for a contested convention which state that a candidate to be considered for selection must win at least 8 states. The party would have to meet ahead of time and change the rules which are still standing. Only Trump or Cruz can be seen as genuine choices because between both candidates, they hold 80% of the Republican primary vote.
