Yep, and I'm fine with the latter two --
cities and muncipalities should not be allowed to impose any regulations on private businesses, forget this hardly relevant stuff. And yeah, minimum wage is crap. I don't like the order on public buildings.
Discrimination
hurts businesses.
They have no incentive to discriminate. It's bad business practice. But it isn't the job of the government to decide what business practices are profitable.

Depending on the community, businesses
can have incentives to discriminate. For instance, to keep a good face in their community and not be lynched out of it. When it comes down to it, preservation of your business is more important than accepting "the nigger" into your business.
Also, I guess I should go tell my dad's commercial clients to rip out their backflow prevention devices. After all, it's a waste of money for them since the city is making them put them on and really, who gives a shit about a bit of contaminated water finding its way into the potable water supply lines, amirite?
