Women can and do use urinals. I wan't aware that toilets where used by distinctive sexes. There is such things as stalls.

Is it honestly that hard to have unisex bathrooms? And I don't mean a single toilet, I mean multiple unisex stalls.

I've seen it in Toronto, and it seems to work.

That they did. I would argue that lockers and bathrooms ought not to be segregated that way...but I've already said that. I do disagree with the state's decision, of course.
Overall, sex segregation seems to be a weak effort to protect women and girls from the threat of monstrous pedos. It's only a coping method and doesn't attack the problem at its' source, all the while inflicting maleffects such as installing in our minds the idea that only dudes are pedos.

Each sex can quite easily use a bathroom corresponding to the other. It's not as if male restrooms only have urinals.

Not to mention, it's not uncommon for the sexes to use the other's bathroom. Especially if one is full. We have to queue, but men are just in and out. What's up with that?

SO again, considering women can breastfeed in public in NC, and stalls exist in women's restrooms (and men's if it is a toilet) exactly how does this protect modesty and prevent against sexual predators?

I can see the modesty argument, but urethras can fire urine into urinals and toilets from any position fairly well. Originally the urinals were made for male convenience, but I've yet to see any reason women couldn't use them.

That made a bit more sense to read. At this point, I'm just going to ask, are you or are you not against Transgender people? I still have to disagree though, I've met very few Trans people who weren't very convincing.

I can't see the modesty thing since women can breastfeed in public and there are stalls in restrooms. I am pretty sure men face a wall when using a urinal so no modesty issues there unless you are really trying to look at a man's penis, and that would be...pretty obvious.
