Except Canada's not a member of the nuclear club. To say nothing of the fact that the idea of nuclear winter has been debunked (or at least should have been) since the end of the First Gulf War.

I'd definitely consider it. British Columbia always sounded nice. Looks nice, too, if Stargate SG-1 is anything to go by.

Living anywhere in BC can be a bit spendy, but Vancouver is really bad. And, honestly, I think all the big cities are expensive to live in. Saskatchewan is still reasonably priced, though.

Hmmm...I recall my sister telling me recently that gas was down a bit in Calgary, so fair enough.

Upon closer review, it looks like the average is about .85 across most of Canada. Vancouver is, in fact, the worst on average.

I can go down to Mexico or El Salvador, I can even go to Nicaragua, which is one of the safest countries in Latin America cause Central America has open borders across its territories, so Canada is merely an option for me and not a good one at that. Too fucking cold in Canada for me.
