Well that only applies when they get children, and children with a disabilities aren't exactly diseases on their own. That's a matter of education and such. The sexual contact between said individuals is harmless and shouldn't be banned because others simply don't like the idea of it. Love is love, it happens whether its with a person from your village, a person from a thousand miles away or a person from within your own family, in the end it doesn't change all that much.
I wouldn't do incest either (I admit, i don't have any hot nieces for that matter) but i don't see why it should be a problem, if they are both at the proper age then they should be free to do it. Who are we to deny sexual contact between to consenting adults?

I said society. That means a lot of people. My point is that if you're going to advocate something that's highly unpopular, and one of the potential reasons is attention whoring, don't be shocked when you become unpopular in society.

I don't exactly see either of them as wrong and while I really don't want to think about the logistical concerns of necrophilia deeply enough to say anything about that, I guess incestuous relatiosnhips can work out so long as the couple in question is mindful of the potential risks and makes use of medical infrastructures in case of pregnancy. Well, admittedly, same-sex relationships between siblings obviously don't have that kind of risk. I've not been thinking this through too much.

Jailtime really would be too extreme. I don't even know if fines were appropriate (...leaning no, really), but in the case of heterosexual sibling relationships I'd really, really prefer if any potential pregnancy was accompanied, so to say, by medical professionals.
